HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order select the model you wish to purchase and press the “Buy Now” OR “Add to Cart” button. This will open the order confirmation screen or “check-out” cart icon where you can review the details of your order. Once confirmed you will be redirected the checkout screen where you can process your payment by your choice of credit card or PayPal.

WHY IS MY COUNTRY NOT LISTED AS A SHIPPING DESTINATION?

In certain countries we have international partner agreements and to purchase in these locations you will need to purchase from a local retail stockist or webshop. For a list of authorised PANZERA stockists click HERE and select your region. If you have any difficulty in making a purchase please contact us by clicking on the red Help at the bottom of this screen.

WAS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

Once payment has been successfully processed your order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that you provided when placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact customer service by clicking on the red Help button shown at the bottom of this screen.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible in order for us to change or cancel your order before it is shipped. You can contact us by clicking on the red Help button shown at the bottom of this screen or by telephone.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can process payment via your choice of credit card or through PayPal secure online merchant facility. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to process your payment, however if you do have a PayPal account and login before processing payment, in most cases your purchase will be covered by “buyer” and “seller” anti-fraud protection features. You can find out more about PayPal purchase protection HERE.

WHO PAYS THE TAXES & DUTIES?

The price you pay at check-out is the total delivered price, including all VAT, taxes and duties.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries to all locations (except Australia) are shipped by DHL worldwide express, and can only be shipped to physical addresses. Post office boxes are not valid. Deliveries to all Australian locations is by Aust Post e-parcel service. Both physical and PO box address are valid.

You will receive an online tracking number for all deliveries which will be sent to your email address once your order has been despatched from our warehouse. All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse located in Sydney Australia.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any timepiece within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to return a watch, please contact us for the mailing address and a Return Authorisation Number ( RA #), by clicking on the red Help button shown at the bottom of this screen.

PANZERA sells only brand new unworn watches. Therefore, we are able to accept returns only for unworn watches in the same condition as they were shipped.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order before wearing it.

All returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorisation No. (RA#). Please contact us prior to returning your order for your RA#. This number must be boldly displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused.

All products must be returned in their original new condition including packaging, warranty card and instruction manual.

Returns will be credited in full using the same method as the original payment only.

Returns must be shipped via an insured trackable method. In case of loss or damages during return shipping, the customer is liable.

The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment.

Once you have been issued a RA#, you must ship the watch back so that we receive it within 30 days of us issuing the RA#.

PANZERA is not responsible for merchandise that is not returned in accordance with these terms. Please contact our Customer Service department by clicking on the red Help button shown at the bottom of this screen  if you have any questions or concerns.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

Warranty term: Your watch comes with complimentary 1 year warranty, which can be extended to 2 years if you register your warranty within the first 3 months of ownership by activating your warranty on our website at this address: http://new.panzera-style.com/warranty/.

This Warranty covers the first original owner only.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include wear and tear or damage to the glass, strap, clasp, or case.

All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of loss or damage during return shipping the customer is responsible. Therefore we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method ensuring your watch is packed with protection to avoid the possibility of damage or loss.
